Another midweek round of Premiership action delivered late drama, red cards and plenty of talking points, with Coleraine maintaining their perfect run and Portadown finally getting off the mark.
Ballymena United 1-1 Carrick Rangers
Ballymena were held to a draw by ten-man Carrick at the Showgrounds.
Igor Rutkowski opened the scoring shortly after half-time before Aidan Steele quickly levelled for Carrick.
The visitors were reduced to ten when Kym Nelson saw red, but Nathan Gartside produced several excellent saves to earn Carrick a point.
Crusaders 3-0 Dungannon Swifts
Crusaders returned to winning ways with a comfortable victory over ten-man Dungannon.
The Swifts were reduced to ten when goalkeeper Declan Dunne was sent off in the second half, and Robbie Weir headed the Crues in front shortly afterwards.
Scott Rough doubled the lead before Lloyd Anderson added a third in stoppage time.
Glentoran 1-2 Coleraine
Coleraine maintained their unbeaten start with a dramatic late victory at the Oval.
Joe Thomson put the Bannsiders ahead before Jordan Jenkins levelled for Glentoran seven minutes from time.
There was a final twist in added time as Lewis McGregor struck to secure another three points for Coleraine.
Larne 2-0 Cliftonville
Matty Lusty’s first-half double helped Larne secure another important victory at Inver Park.
The forward opened the scoring after 13 minutes before producing an excellent individual finish for his second just before half-time.
Cliftonville pushed for a response after the break, but PJ orrison was forced into several excellent saves as Larne saw out the win.
Limavady United 3-1 Bangor
Jamie McGonigle produced a stunning first-half hat-trick as Limavady continued their impressive turnaround.
He chipped home the opener after just three minutes before adding a second with a powerful strike and completing his hat-trick with a superb 25-yard free-kick.
Tiarnan Mulvenna pulled one back for Bangor after the break, but Limavady held firm for another huge victory.
Portadown 1-1 Linfield
Portadown finally picked up their first point of the season after coming from behind to draw with Linfield.
Kyle McClean gave the Blues the lead in the first half, but Ben Kennedy equalised from the penalty spot with eight minutes remaining.
The Ports pushed for a winner late on, but Linfield held on as their winning run came to an end.
